These terms apply to the First Page Strategy™ website and authority packages operated by MadisonJade Pty Ltd.

Services

First Page Strategy™ provides authority publishing, search visibility, content strategy, social distribution, media network, and related growth services. Exact deliverables depend on the package selected and any written onboarding notes agreed with the client.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid packages are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew monthly unless cancelled according to the Stripe checkout and billing terms provided at purchase.

No guarantee

First Page Strategy™ does not guarantee rankings, removals, traffic, revenue, search engine outcomes, media coverage, or third-party platform decisions. We build high-quality publishing assets, distribution systems, and indexing workflows designed to improve visibility and authority over time.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate onboarding information.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unsafe material.
Review requested approvals promptly where approval is required.

Intellectual property

First Page Strategy™, FPS SocialCaster™, and related systems, methods, copy, designs, and workflows are owned by MadisonJade Pty Ltd unless separately agreed in writing.
