This notice explains the voice demonstration and setup enquiry on AI Concierge System, operated by First Page Strategy™ / MadisonJade Pty Ltd.

The voice demonstration

Voice is optional and only starts after you select the consent box, press Start and allow microphone access. When enabled, your microphone audio is sent to OpenAI to generate the AI response and a transcript. Use pretend details and avoid sharing private, payment, health or legal information.

The transcript appears in your browser. This website does not save the demonstration audio or transcript in its enquiry records. OpenAI processes API data under its own data controls; this notice does not promise zero retention by OpenAI. See OpenAI’s API data controls.

End stops your microphone and the browser connection. The demo also has a two-minute timer and a server-side request to end the call. Leaving the page stops the microphone. The demo represents a fictional business and does not make real bookings or send an enquiry.

Your business enquiry

If you submit the setup form, we store your name, email, message, optional business name and website, a reference number, the submission time and your consent to a response. These details are held in private Netlify storage so First Page Strategy can review and respond to your request. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.

The success message means the enquiry was saved. It does not mean a booking or purchase has been made. If saving fails, the page tells you that receipt was not confirmed and keeps your details in the form.

Service providers and technical information

Netlify hosts the website and enquiry storage. OpenAI provides the voice demonstration when it is enabled. Hosting and API providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and security logs, as part of delivering and protecting their services. The demo uses a daily session counter to limit access; that counter does not contain your conversation.
